Windows 8.1 update new1

More screenshots of Windows 8.1 got leaked today and as previously rumored, there seems to be an option to enable minimize and close button for Metro apps. As you can see in the image below, there is a black bar on top of PC Settings page which has Close, Minimize and other Windows options buttons.

Another bad news for Metro UI lovers is that Microsoft is now booting straight to desktop instead of Start screen in an effort to please keyboard and mouse users. With Windows 8.1, Microsoft added an option to select boot to desktop as an option, but with the upcoming update, Microsoft is planning to make it by default.
