Microsoft confirms they are working on Interactive Live Tiles on the Start screen

The dream of interactive Live Tiles has inspired many a Windows Phone concept designer, and while Microsoft is not quite ready to deliver, they have confirmed they are working on it.
In a presentation devoted to a new Adaptive Live Tile, which will show more content on high density screens than low density screens, and also Interactive Toast notifications, Microsoft also revealed that they are working on Interactive Tiles on the start screen.
Unlike the widget-type dream most Windows Phone fans have, we suspect Microsoft may actually be talking about the much rumoured exploding Live Tiles. We will have to wait and see when these are eventually revealed.
