If you have $3.5 million lying around, you can purchase Satya Nadella’s house. Microsoft’s CEO recently put his house in Clyde Hills, WA up for sale at a whopping $3.488 million.
As per property records, Nadella purchased the house 20 years ago at $1.3 million, which means that Nadella will be making a lot of profit on the sale.
Speaking of the house itself, it was built in 1963 and has a 4,000 square feet of space. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two fireplaces in the house. There’s a rain shower setup as well, if that makes the offer more enticing to you. If you’re concerned about the view, Nadella’s house faces Mt. Olympus and Lake Washington.
