Marketing render of Nokia Arrow leaked?

MyNokiaBlog has received a render in the mail which is supposedly a marketing image of the Nokia Arrow, a mid-range Windows Phone 8 handset.
The phones resemble the earlier leaked battery cover, but with some differences around the camera assembly, which is horizontal in the render and vertical in the photo.
According to MNB a participant in the Nokia Collective, a focus group run by Nokia, verified that this is indeed an image they have been shown.
The handsets appear rather thick for a modern smartphone, but it may be that the device will be very cheap and addressing the large volume low-end of the market, an area where Nokia has always excelled.
