The classic Bejeweled game comes to Windows Phone 7 with great presentation (Video Review).

Bejeweled LIVE’s presentation and gameplay are really great, and the lasting value is decent for a game like this.

Gameplay: 5/5

The controls are perfect, and the game has all the rules normal Bejeweled has, so it’s just like the original game. You try to make combinations 3 or more jewels in a row and increase your score by making more combinations in a row. There is also an Action mode, which keeps everything faster paced, since you have to race against a clock. Then there’s also the Endless mode, which lets you keep on playing for as high of a score as possible. Classic mode provides lots of fun through levels that become tougher as you progress through them.

For a little Bejeweled game, the visuals are great. When you get a combo of four pieces, you get a burning piece, which will explode with nice visual effects when you combine it again. And if you get 5 in a row, you’ll really get a great visual treat. The music/sounds are fabulous.

Lasting Value: 4/5

This is an endless puzzle game, so you can get as much gameplay as you want from it. Thanks to the three different gameplay modes, you get even more replay value out of the game.
