WIFI tethering has just arrived on Windows Phone with Mango, and is already a serious negative point for handsets and carriers who do not support the feature. Early exploration of the Nokia Lumia 800 shows the feature to be missing, and “technical experts†on Nokia’s support site have confirmed that this is not just an oversight.
