telstraone_thumbLong Zheng from the istartedsomething blog has been attending the Teched Australia conference today and posted this showcase of Windows phone 7 applications developed in Australia.

Amongst the apps was an amazing looking carrier app by TelstraOne  (pictured right) which aggregated general and sports news, Australian weather information and quick access to popular Telstras services and content hubs

Next was the Xbox Live game, “Next Wars: The Quest for Earth”, which has made its way to Windows Phone 7.

This is followed by a restaurant guide, Deck of Secrets, which shows restaurants close to you and also allows reservations to be made directly from the device.

The last is by the realtor Domain, which allows users to look at house listings.
