Rather predictably, for those who know Nokia’s launches, the Nokia Lumia 1020 has already sold out online even before its launch.
Reader Brian, who pre-ordered the handset early yesterday, soon after the pre-order became available, received the email at 8:49 am today, telling him the handset is out of stock and will go on backorder.
As is typical for Nokia, it seems demand is once again out of kilter with supply. We know queues are not typical with Windows Phones, but we suggest it may be a good idea to get in line for this handset because it looks like it will be rather hard to get hold of.
