ANZ Australia working on a Windows Phone banking app

At present only one of the 4 big Australian banks have a Windows Phone app, NAB.

It seems that is set to change however, as it appears ANZ is also working on an app at present.

Reader Dan enquired from their customer support about this and received the following reply:

Hi Dan, thanks for the Private Message. Our Mobile Development team are currently working on a Windows Phone app. However at this stage, we don’t have confirmation of the content or release date. We’ll post details on our page once we have more info.

Hopefully the other large companies in Australia will also take notice of the increased popularity of Windows Phone and respond in kind.
