Air Asia has upgraded their Windows Phone app to a Universal Windows App for phones and PCs.

The AirAsia Mobile App makes it easier for you to book flights and check-in while on-the-go. It offers their lowest fares, lets you manage your booking and pre-book meals, seats, baggage and travel insurance.

The app also lets you check in by using a barcode in the app. Just scan the barcode at the airport kiosk to print your boarding pass. You can also opt to get an e-boarding pass which allows you to go straight to the gate if you have no bags to check-in.

It features:

  • Flight Booking
  • Flight Check-In
  • eBoarding Pass & QR Code
  • AirAsiaBIG Membership Login (SSO)
  • Flight Search
  • Optimised for Desktop
  • Cortana Integrated
